Anything marked as ready-to-ship leaves us the same working day when your order is placed before 3pm, and arrives the next working day on free UK mainland delivery. Configured or built-to-order machines take longer — the lead time is shown on the product page, and we confirm it by email once your order is in.

Stock is shown live on every product page. If an item is not in stock we will tell you the expected date before you commit, and we can usually offer an equivalent model that is available now. Call us on 03300 947 947 if you need something in a hurry and we will check the shelf for you.

Rugged hardware ships with the manufacturer warranty for that model, typically three years for fully rugged laptops and tablets and one year for accessories. Extended cover and accidental damage protection can be added at the point of order — ask us and we will quote it.

You have 30 days to return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Get in touch first so we can raise a returns number, then send it back to the address on your paperwork. Built-to-order and custom-configured machines are the exception — please check with us before ordering if you are unsure.

Yes. We work with public sector bodies, defence contractors and established businesses on purchase orders and agreed payment terms. Send your PO to our sales team and we will confirm it the same working day.
