How quickly will I get my item?
All items ordered before 3 pm will be shipped the same day; otherwise, on the next working day.
UK Orders are sent via DPD on a pre-12 next-day service; this service is FREE. You can request an earlier delivery slot, such as before 10 am, but it will cost more. DPD provides a timed delivery slot, so you can expect to receive an email or text message with a two-hour delivery window. Please note that upgraded items may take longer to dispatch, depending on our technicians’ workload. If you are unsure or in a hurry, please reach out to us.
Is it in stock?
YES, we hold stock in our warehouse to avoid long wait times. This also helps mitigate the pressure of supply chain issues.
How long is your warranty?
All products carry at least a full 12-month warranty for complete peace of mind. Some products carry up to a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty (as stated).
How do I return an item if I have bought the wrong one?
Hopefully, this won’t happen, as we will provide you with full pre-sales support to ensure you have the right product. If you purchase the wrong product, please contact us, and we will process your return quickly and efficiently. We will also help you to find the right product.
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we do. We require payment before shipping the goods. We also accept public sector purchase orders.
Do you work with Trade buyers?
Yes, we work with many IT companies, service providers and resellers alike. We are very happy to provide written quotations for volume orders and drop ship to your clients (if required). Please get in touch with us for more information; we are more than happy to assist you in any way we can.
What about V.A.T.?
We charge 20% VAT if you are in the United Kingdom. You will receive a PDF copy of a VAT Invoice with your order.
Customers outside of the UK pay VAT at their local rate (upon import). We can ship worldwide and handle this for you. Just contact us for more details.
