How quickly will I get my item?
All items ordered before 1 pm will be shipped the same day, otherwise next day, if ordered afterwards. Monday
to Saturday. Items are sent by DPD on a next-day service. You can request an earlier delivery slot such as pre -12, or a pre-10am delivery, but this will cost more. DPD provides a timed delivery slot so you can expect to get an email, or text message giving you a two-hour window of delivery. Please note, that upgraded items may take longer to despatch depending upon the workload of our technicians, if you are unsure, or in a hurry, please do check with us.
Is it in stock?
Yes, we hold stock in our warehouse to avoid long wait times. This also helps mitigate the pressure of supply chain issues.
How long is your warranty?
All products carry at least a full 12-month warranty for complete peace of mind. Some products (e.g. new laptops) may carry up to a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty. It is safe to assume the 12-month seller warranty unless otherwise specified.
How do I return an item if I have bought the wrong one?
Hopefully, this won’t happen as we will give you full pre-sales support to make sure you have the right product, however, should you purchase the wrong product please contact us and we will process your return quickly and efficiently. We will also help you to find the right product.
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we do, but we would require payment prior to shipping goods.We also accept public sector purchase orders.
Do you work with the Trade?
Yes, we deal with a lot of IT companies and resellers. We are very happy to provide written quotations for volume orders and drop ship to your clients (if required), please contact us for more information, we are more than happy to assist you in any way we can.
What about V.A.T.?
We charge 20% VAT if you are in the United Kingdom. You will receive a PDF copy of a VAT Invoice with your order.
Customers outside of the UK pay VAT at their local rate (upon import), we can ship worldwide, and handle this for you. Just contact us for more details.
